Welcome to the official launch of my business, Lisa DeMarco Coaching!
Although I have been coaching in person for several years, I did not have an online presence… I know, I’m a little behind the times. So over the summer I decided to formalize my services and start promoting myself online. However, the online space is new to me. So I decided to jump right in and put together an online summit – because why not? I’m kind of crazy that way!
I first started planning the event by talking to women who work in all areas of business and mindset coaching across the world. As I met more incredible women, I started getting really excited. It took several months of organization, and I brought on 25 women as speakers for the summit, which became From Frazzled to Finished.
These speakers came together to give advice on how women can go from feeling stuck to getting inspired to start their own business or achieve that dream they’ve been thinking about. Each speaker brought her own recipe for success and I was thrilled to share these tips and tricks with my audience. We talked about things like Entrepreneurial Mindset, The Art of Feminine Marketing, Diversity in your Business, Social Media Strategies, Using Masculine and Feminine Energies in your Business, Branding and so much more!
Pulling this together was hard work and at times I wasn’t sure how it would all come together. But it did, and it was a huge success. Not only that, I also learned so much during the planning and preparation process! I got great information from all the women who joined me. I learned a lot about organizing virtual events, and I also discovered so many strategies that I can bring to my clients and use myself.
Collaborating with these women was also a great way to build relationships
with like-minded professionals. As I continue to grow this business, I know having a network will be important. I’m excited to ramp up and provide even more value to my clients, now that I am officially online. I love being in a business where I can help others get clarity on their goals, overcome obstacles, and make a solid actionable plan.
